1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Worthtag (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What Worthtag is
Worthtag helps people price, list, and discover secondhand items by aggregating live resale comparables and new-retail prices. We are a tool, not a marketplace operator, escrow agent, or party to any sale.
3. Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials safe and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Listings and conduct
You may only list items you have the right to sell. No counterfeit, stolen, illegal, recalled, hazardous, or prohibited items. You're responsible for accurate descriptions, condition, and shipping. We may remove listings that violate these Terms.
5. Pricing estimates
Worthtag valuations are AI-generated guidance based on public market data — not appraisals, guarantees, or financial advice. Actual sale prices vary. See our pricing disclosure for details.
6. Fees and subscriptions
Some features (e.g. seller subscriptions, premium tools) are paid. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.
7. Intellectual property
Worthtag owns the Service, our brand, and our software. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it to run the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of comps, or that you'll sell anything.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Worthtag isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
