1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Worthtag (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What Worthtag is
Worthtag helps people create private celebrations, invite friends and family to add memories, and reveal those messages and photos to someone special.
3. Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials safe and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Content and conduct
Only add content you have the right to share. Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or privacy-invading content. Organizers may moderate contributions, and we may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Invitations and reveals
Keep private invitation links secure. Organizers control the reveal timing and which contributions appear. Contributors understand that accepted memories may be shared with the recipient and other invited participants after the reveal.
6. Fees and subscriptions
Some keepsakes, gifts, or premium celebration features may be paid. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.
7. Intellectual property
Worthtag owns the Service, our brand, and our software. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it to run the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every contribution will remain available forever.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Worthtag isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
