We pull live sold-listings from eBay, Depop, Mercari, Poshmark and Facebook Marketplace, plus today's new-retail prices from Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target and Costco. Comps refresh every few hours, and only sold (not asking) prices count toward the suggested value.
We weight the last 30 days of sold-comps for the same model and condition, drop outliers, and adjust for shipping. For categories with strong data (electronics, sneakers, designer fashion) accuracy is within ±8%. For thinner categories we show the comp spread instead of a single number so you can decide.
